I still get occasional mails from ppl beeing ripped of by this guy, also the comments on booking.com speak a very clear language, see for yourself:

We booked via Hostelworld.com. We would not have stayed there if we had seen your warnings before booking. We stayed one night, but then moved out because there was mold everywhere (overpainted though but still stinking). The owner kept all our money and was really aggressive. I hope, everyone avoids this place. Luckily now some realistic ratings are on Hostelworld.com (but they had not yet been there when we booked the room, unfortunately). I could imagine the owner of the house renews his booking agencies accounts from time to time as I really wonder about the very positive ratings in the beginning. It seems to me like a fake.
